Natalie Ellis is an Artist and she also runs Creative Expression Workshops. Natalie sees the world through Color. She starts to combine Meditation with her Workshops. She focuses on Adults and Children with her Creative Expression Workshops.

“With my Art it is to really get out the way and express ideas that come to me. Not ideas I "think" of .. but ideas that come to me by following my intuition. With my art I sell it around the world and I also take commissions. I also run workshops. The clarity I have recently had is for these workshops to really help both adults AND children connect to their creativity. In particular I have the urge to work with Children. One day I would love to put all of their pictures and words in a book so the world can see all the ideas that our younger generation bring. For adults I think so many people find it hard to just let go. When you see kids paint or play it is so free. But adults are full of self judgement, caring what people think and trying to be perfect. I want to help people just let go of this and create freely. So they will meditate. Connect to their heart and create their very own piece of soul art. It will be totally abstract but I am sure very colorful and interesting art will come out of it.”
